After all the waiting, preperation, shopping, wrapping, eating and sleeping the day arrives. It's time for all the kids ( ten (10) in our family this year) to open the presents.

It's around about 10pm Christmas Eve, my wifes family are Finnish and they celebrate together on Christmas eve, the kids have asking all day who is going to hand out the presents.

Finally we decide the three (3) youngest ones can do it this year. My brother in-law Jason turns on the bubble machine and turns the lounge into a magical place. This phot captured the the moment. Looking back at this phot reminds me what Christmas is about.

It's about family. Family getting together enjoying themselves and remembering the love that they have for one another. It's a time to remember the greatest gift of all Jesus! The bubbles come and go they are formed capture our attention and just as quickly they are gone again. They are beautiful yet short lived.

I guess in the schem of things our lives are much the same. We are born, we live we die. But it's what we do with our lives that count. Just as the bubbles brought joy to the kids and adults this Christmas we are to bring joy to those that we love and care about. I for one am looking forward to Christmas 2007.
